Youth Scholarship Application Form

ASC Scholarship Information & Criteria

» Applications must be postmarked no later than April 1.

» The Augusta Sportsman Club scholarship is available to any High School Senior who has a membership or is related to an active member of the club and enrolled or planning to enroll in any University, Technical College, or Community College in the United States.

» Applicants must be a resident of Wisconsin.

» Preference may be given to those majoring in an outdoor-related field.

» Scholarship payments will be made to the student after verification of enrollment from school and passing 1st semester grades & proof of 2nd semester enrollment.

» Information and application form for the ASC Scholarship program can be found at the clubhouse located at E19255 CTY GG, Augusta or from a local guidance counselor.

» Mail application (see below), essay, 3 letters of recommendation, and high school office enrollment verification.

» If more than 1 qualified applicant, ASC reserves the right to divide scholarship funds between applicants as we see fit.
